What is your exchange policy?

You can easily choose and initiate an exchange by visiting our Exchange and Returns Portal .

I need to return my order that qualified for a free gift - can I keep the gift?

If you plan to return your purchase that qualified for a gift, the free gift must be returned as well. If it is not included in your return, the retail value will be deducted from your total refund.

This was a gift, I would like to return/exchange.

You can submit a gift return or exchange via our Returns and Exchanges Portal.

I exchanged an item through the return portal, but I need to exchange/return again. Do I follow the same process?

Our portal does not support secondary transactions. If you need a second return or exchange, please email [email protected] with your original order number and we will assist in processing your request.

Can I return products purchased at department stores or private retailers directly to you?

No. Items purchased at any department stores or private authorized retailers cannot be returned or exchanged at Dana Rebecca Designs. Please contact these retailers directly.

What is your international return policy?

Please note, for international product returns, the purchaser is the exporter from the destination country and is responsible for compliance with all laws, regulations, and restrictions of the destination country.

What is your international exchange policy?

We are unable to accept international exchanges. The fastest and easiest method to get the item you prefer would be to place a new order online and return your original order following the international returns instructions.
